The Labor Club is a double entendre representing birth and work — and we provide "TLC" to mothers who have fallen through gaping systemic cracks.
In the U.S., most women laid off pregnant or postpartum don't have legal recourse. And expectant mothers who are able to secure new jobs during their pregnancies don’t meet FMLA's one year service requirement — denying them federal unpaid leave when they need it most.
Your donation helps power programming, career coaching, and maternal health research — and helps eliminate financial barriers to workforce reentry by funding necessities like new equipment and childcare for women most in need.
