Conference location:

Zoom links will be provided to attendees and sponsors prior to the conference.

Terms and Conditions:

• Conference Program Advertising: The Sponsor acknowledges that the company's name, logo, and other information that is to be added on our virtual program/agenda must be received by July 15, 2024 to be included.
• All sponsorships must be paid in full at least 7 business days prior to event date (event date July 25, 2024).
• By submitting the Sponsorship Agreement form to PHD, the Sponsor understands and agrees to the provisions and terms and conditions as listed on this Agreement and is authorized to execute this Sponsorship Agreement on behalf of their company.
• Cancellation Policy: Sponsors must cancel before July 15, 2024 for a full refund
