In 2023, Growth Circles returned to Washington D.C. to visit HBCU, Howard U. in Washington DC, along with the National Museum of African American History and Culture, the African American Civil War Museum and more historic sites, museums and memorials in our nation's capital. 

We are very excited to partner this year with Griot Theater Company to offer 15 middle and high school students who have been working hard to train and perform in local theater the chance to visit New York City in 2024 to nurture their interest in the performing arts. In New York, students will visit Juilliard and NYU, witness four captivating shows and engage in a talkback session with the cast of one production. The trip is designed to inspire artistic growth, encourage a deeper understanding of theater, and foster a sense of cultural appreciation.

While many of our students' families donate to Growth Circles and help in our fundraising efforts, we need your help to ensure that all students can attend at no cost beyond the minimal funds they can afford to contribute.
