Sponsor Arrival:

You may check-in at the conference Thursday, July 13 starting at 8:00 am. (Pacific Time)

Conference location is provided on the sponsorship agreement and will be emailed to sponsors.

Terms and Conditions:

• Conference Program Advertising: The sponsor acknowledges that the company's name, logo, and other information that is printed in our conference program must be received by July 1 to be included.
• All sponsorships must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to printing of event materials.
• By submitting the Sponsorship Agreement form to PHD, the Sponsor understands and agrees to the provisions and terms and conditions as listed on this Agreement and is authorized to execute this Sponsorship Agreement on behalf of their company.
• Cancellation Policy: Sponsors must cancel before June 13, 2023 for a full refund,
