The holidays can be extremely difficult for many, especially for frontline workers. These workers have been carrying a burden for almost 3 years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Many frontline workers have reported feeling burnout, trauma, anxiety, high levels of stress, and more. However, many don't seek mental health support due to financial reasons, stigma, lack of access, and other unfortunate barriers.

The Frontline Workers Counseling Project is specifically designed to help close some of those barriers by connecting frontline and essential workers with free, private, and high-quality psychotherapy and support groups. Workers are not asked for any identifying information to help protect their confidentiality. Some therapists offer short sessions and evening sessions to help accommodate the busy schedules of frontline workers.
