When fasting is unsafe, it is a mitzvah to eat. Even so, some people find it almost or completely impossible to eat on Jewish ritual fast days like Yom Kippur and Tisha B'Av. If that has happened to your relative, friend, or yourself, you are not alone.
A gift to A Mitzvah to Eat has always provided lifesaving peer support and online resources.
But now when you give, you can also send a care package to the individuals and communities who you want to directly support.

3) Give a gift in multiples of $30. A $30 donation will send one care package, a $60 donation will send two care packages, etc.
