IRA Gifts: Qualified Charitable Distributions/Required Minimum Distributions
If you are 70-1/2 years old or older, you can donate a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) or Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) from your IRA directly to Regeneración, without having the distribution counted as taxable income. Gifts from IRAs can be set up to be recurring distributions—so that each year you can receive the tax benefit and make an impact with your gift.
Contact your IRA custodian and follow their procedures to request a “Qualified Charitable Distribution” or “Required Minimum Distribution.” Please provide the recipient information below to your custodian, along with the federal tax ID number of our fiscal sponsor, Community Initiatives, EIN 94 3255070.
