Undocumented immigrants rarely have access to the mental health support they need to begin to heal from immigration stress, racism, xenophobia, and other traumas related to their status. What’s more, mental health for the undocumented community is typically unaffordable, culturally inappropriate, or only available after a long wait period. To fill this gap, Immigrants Rising offers the following innovative mental health programs:

The Mental Health Career Program supports the professional development of aspiring undocumented mental health professionals seeking to accumulate hours towards their licensure in California.

Wellness Support Groups are weekly virtual sessions led by trained mental health providers that create a confidential space for participants to connect and share their experiences.

The Mental Health Connector provides undocumented young people with free 1:1 confidential and culturally responsive psychological support, allowing participants to receive individualized support on their healing journey.

With your contribution, you can support undocumented immigrants’ mental health and well-being. Your donation will be used to provide 1:1 therapy services, expand our Wellness Support Groups, support aspiring mental health professionals’ career development, and promote mental health awareness.
