Level the Playing Field is a year-long, three-phase minority development program that recruits, trains, and places diverse undergraduate talent into influential careers. Our organization brings a streamlined pipeline of prepared, gifted, diverse students from HBCUs and non-HBCUs to the major corporations, research labs, or hospitals they want to work with for a summer internship. By forming close partnerships with faculty, administrators, executives, and families, Level the Playing Field has developed a scalable template for influencing change in universities across the nation. Level the Playing Field seeks to provide generational change for diverse communities by providing the upcoming generations of students with the network and professional skills to revitalize their homes and families.
