The Bay Area Community Health Advisory Council (BACHAC) is dedicated to eliminating health disparities across generations and diverse communities through education and services.

Since our founding in 1995, BACHAC has worked with corporations, mid- and small sized companies, community-based organizations, nonprofit health organizations, governmental agencies, health educators, institutions of higher learning, and the faith community to create a village united around a common goal: increasing awareness of and reducing the debilitating effects of health concerns that disproportionately affect communities of color.

Your contribution supports our year-round free programming and helps us fight for health justice by addressing health disparities in African-American, Latinx, and Pacific-Islander communities - across generations.

Join us for our biggest fundraiser of the year!

Prepare to uplift your spirit while contributing to health equity! Our theme, “Movement is Resistance,” symbolizes our collective effort to combat health disparities in communities of color. ALL levels of ability are welcome!

Soul Stroll is a 1, 3, 5 Mile Run/Walk. The Soul Stroll health fair includes over 30 resources and partners providing products, screenings, and information. Your ticket grants you access to the main event, a light breakfast, professionally led warm-up sessions, free health screenings by our partner providers, a healthy lunch, children's activities and the coveted Soul Stroll t-shirt.

Your support helps us continue providing FREE essential health and wellness education, health screenings and advocacy to underserved communities. Become one of our “250 Club” Soul Stroll sponsors for special perks, including two Soul Stroll T-shirts, two entry tickets to both the “V.I.P. Reception”, and the “Soul Stroll Main Event”, and more!
