Many young people do not know what they are thinking or feeling, and they often don’t have the words to express themselves, or even to know how to start. What’s missing in emotional health for adolescents and young adults are simple tools to guide young people through their emotional journey
- because EVERYBODY is dealing with SOMETHING.
At the Digging Deep Project, we envision a world where every young person has real-time access to the tools he or she needs to build emotional resilience.
We bring self-help content to where young people are - on their devices. Our newest product Shadow's Edge (https://diggingdeep.org/game) is the first self-help mobile game designed for teens and young adults to tap into their healing power of self-expression. Players explore a world to understand the journey of emotional processing, answer questions to reflect on what they are going through and understand themselves, and express themselves in art and in a judgment-free community.
